One Step is our most popular cleanser! Easy to use, economical, and environmental friendly.

Use 1 tablespoon of 1-Step per gallon of warm water. Cleans with oxygen (it forms hydrogen peroxide). Environmentally friendly and non-toxic. No rinsing required. Just give a couple minute contact time, drain, and then your equipment is sanitized and can be used to make beer or wine. So easy!
